Receptionist Position at Think Tell Junction
Think Tell Junction is looking for a personable and organized Receptionist to join our team in Miami, FL.
As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in our office.
This is a full-time, in-person position at our Miami office.
Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
- Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms, ensuring they are clean and presentable.
- Manage scheduling for meetings and appointments.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and mail distribution.
- Support various departments with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in administration or related fields is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and basic office equipment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
