About the Role :
We areon the hunt for a ImplementationManager to join our dynamic team. The idealcandidate will play a pivotal role in managing new clientonboarding implementing new sales playbooks and overseeing copyreview and approval processes.
This individual will be responsiblefor ensuring successful project management setting up outreacharchitecture crafting compelling copy consolidating critical marketinformation building lead lists and educating clients on ourprocesses.
KEYRESPONSIBILITIES :
1) New ClientOnboarding :
- Implementation projectmanagement : Managing stakeholders deadlines andaction items.
- Setting upoutreach architecture : Setting up Asana Slack Apollomirror domain and mailboxes for new clients.
- Copywriting : Crafting copyfor phone email LinkedIn tailored to each new clients targetPersona and / or Industry.
- Condensing information : Related to the client company its product / service the targetcompany types and industry knowledge (specific to the targetmarket) into a gotomarket document (Sales Playbook).
- Lead list building : Buildingan initial outreach list per implementation.
- Client Education : Educatingthe client on our inhouse processes and managing theirexpectations.
2) NewPlaybook Implementation :
- Implementation projectmanagement : Managing stakeholders deadlines andaction items for existing clients adopting newplaybooks.
- Copywriting : Crafting copyfor phone email LinkedIn tailored to the new playbooks targetPersona and / or Industry.
- Condensing information : Updating the Sales Playbook with new strategies and insightsspecific to existing clients.
- Lead list building : Buildingan initial outreach list per implementation.
- Client education : Educatingexisting clients on new playbooks and managing theirexpectations.
3) NewCopy Review and Approval :
Ensureall copy revisions for client accounts are in line with theexisting Playbook (including predefined ICP personas valuepropositions and pain points) and approve themaccordingly.
Requirements :
- 3 years of relevant experience inimplementation project management client onboarding outreacharchitecture setup copywriting sales playbook creation lead listbuilding and client education.
- 3 Experience inCRM implementation.
- 3 years of Experience inB2B Sales.
- 3 year of client managementexperience.
- English C1 / C2 Level.
- Must be based in LATAM.
