Touchmark is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Services Director to oversee facility operations across three key sites : a full-service senior living community, a premier winery and event space, and our central office. This key position is responsible for safeguarding physical assets, ensuring buildings and equipment are operating at peak efficiency, and maintaining safe, attractive, and welcoming environments for residents, guests, and team members.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive knowledge of building systems, a proven track record in facilities management, and strong leadership skills to manage maintenance, housekeeping, and custodial teams across diverse environments.

Compensation : $120,000 – $135,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility
