Responsibilities :
- Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer service, from greeting to explaining repair options.
- Team Leadership : Lead and develop a team of automotive technicians to achieve high performance.
- Shop Operations : Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory, and quality control. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Sales & Revenue : Drive sales and profitability through effective strategies and upselling. Meet or exceed sales goals assigned by the district manager.
- Administrative Duties : Handle administrative tasks, including estimates, payments, and recordkeeping. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in automotive service management or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in exceeding sales goals and profitability targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive repair procedures and diagnostics (preferred).
- Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
- Proficient in computer software applications (, Microsoft Office Suite, shop management software like Tekmetric).
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (required).
