We need to position a very good HR functional resource onsite with good functional skills SAP HR EP4 knowledge. Note this area is completely dominated by Cognizant today for past many years and Merck manger is willing to consider us if we can provide a qualified profile quickly so it will be door opener if we can staff.
The duration is approx. 4 months. If we have any nonlocal resource available on the bench then please let me know as the chances are this may continue longer.
The person should be able to collect and document requirements very good communication skills and good configuration and testing skills.
Knowledge of HP ALM product for testing would be plus but not mandatory.

- Payroll is not part of SAP HR but this system sends data to 70 different Payroll systems
- There are no training records in SAP HR it is all in Successfactor myLearning system
