Job Description :
Shine Social Brand is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Entry Level Sales Assistant to join our growing team in Cincinnati.
This role will support the sales team with administrative tasks, customer interactions, and lead generation efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and a desire to learn about sales processes and strategies.
Responsibilities :
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.
- Communicate with potential customers via phone and email to provide product information.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate follow-ups for the sales team.
- Help track sales performance and generate reports for management.
- Provide support in organizing promotional events and trade shows.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales principles is a plus but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
