Job Summary A Project Superintendent manages all scopes of the job from commencement to completion. The Project Superintendent reports to the General Superintendent.
Duties / Responsibilities Oversee the operations of the site project, including safety, quality, scheduling, logistics, and budgeting.
Assess job priorities and assign employees to appropriate job tasks Monitor work performance and productivity Ensure that all work is accomplished by the highest quality standards Collaborate with GC, engineers, and subcontractors to define project needs Keep track of project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure success Ensure compliance with safety, health, and quality standards Have at least five years of experience in site development Identify, troubleshoot, and provide corrective recommendations to the PM / General Superintendent Schedule and coordinate material, tools, equipment, safety, subcontractors, and field operations Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations Essential Requirements : Align with our Company core values of Better Everyday, Everyone Matters, Humble Hearts / Open Hands, and Mindful in Everything.
They must be willing and able to travel out of town and state to work on job sites. Must have a good work ethic : Be on time, work hard, and be willing to learn.
Must have reliable transportation. Must pay high attention to safety and promote a safe work environment. Requirements High level of character Outstanding people skills, team player, and ability to lead others.
Practical communication skills to all current and potential Strack employees. Ability to motivate and drive others to excellence.
Possesses keen observation skills; pays attention to and remembers work-related instructions, demonstrations, and procedures.
Applying common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to prioritize tasks.
