Key Responsibilities

As a 360 Entry-Level Recruiter for our Miami office, you'll oversee the entire recruitment process from start to finish. This role involves developing business, forging connections, and securing opportunities with leading companies within your specific market.

You'll also be responsible for sourcing candidates and assisting them find their ideal roles by building strong relationships.

No previous recruitment experience is required, as we offer a thorough induction, a tailored Learning & Development program, and personalized training with ongoing coaching throughout every stage of your career with us.

Your contribution will be crucial in driving LHi Group's growth and shaping the company's culture and future.

• Base salary of $50,000 and a guarantee of an additional $10,000 paid biweekly
• Uncapped commission and bonus available to earn over $70,000 -$80,000 in year 1
