SpecPro Sustainment and Environmental is seeking a project manager to provide project management for a residential remedial action project in Iola Kansas.
The Project Manager will provide supervisory and project management duties of a lead and arsenic residential remediation project.
The PM should have a minimum of five years experience supporting a residential earth moving, hazardous substance removing federal contract.
Project management experience may include technical and administrative support, data management, scheduling, resource allocation, performance monitoring, contract administration, budget or conflict resolution.
At least one project within the last 10 years that demonstrates earth work remediation services involving hazardous substances requiring erosion control and transportation.
PM must have OSHA 10 Hour Construction and Outreach Training and be up to date on OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER and 8-hour refreshers.
Work Environment
PM will be required to perform duties that involve moderate walking over rough, uneven or slippery surfaces, recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, climbing ladders, walking up and down several flights of stairs or similar activities, recurring lifting of moderately heavy objects less than 50 lbs.
