- Collaborate closely with marketing and data management team to ensure quality and accuracy of catalog data.
- Support catalog production process owner in realizing overall catalog production digitization.
- Research features and attributes of vehicles in the US, Canada and Mexico.
- Create and maintain accurate vehicle information.
- Sourcing, validating and updating vehicle population data.
- Calculate market coverage and identify application gaps.
- Gather, validate and maintain product application information from internal and external sources.
- Lead data management quality review process including KPI reporting.
- Ensure all relevant associates are trained, including cross functions, and ensure process is followed at all times.
- Lead VitAA Administrator (Bosch product life cycle management platform) for Bosch Mobility Aftermarket North America, and ensure FAQs and helpful tips are provided.
- Utilize entrepreneurial spirit to recommend and implement solutions for process improvement and efficiency.
- Manage department processes and prepare for audits.
- Lead cross-functional team(s) by providing functional support and guidance to implement projects.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, automotive technology or management.
- 3-7 years of experience in related field.
- Advanced Scrum and / or Agile Methodology background.
- Comprehensive knowledge of marketing concepts.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products.
- Excellent analytical skills - Analytics software experience; Power BI preferred.
- Problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal direction.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation and platform communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
- A self-starter, highly motivated and capable of working in a dynamic environment.
