The Integrated Supply Chain team is looking for an analytical and motivated individual to join a collaborative team to accelerate our data and analytical capability.

This position will partner with the SBU Team Leaders to lead analytics development and maintenance focused on new product development, strategic efforts and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

This position will own and prepare key reporting solutions that support the business analytics objective which drives profitable growth, improves cashflow and makes a positive difference in the lives of our team and business partners.

The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert in data availability and possess expertise in data visualization, driving improvements within supply chain planning and influencing cross-functional business partners to achieve impactful results.

This role is remote; however, work hours are typically 8 : 00am- 5 : 00pm CST.

Responsibilities :

• Create advanced reporting and maintain dashboards for cross functional teams ensuring new product launch strategies are deployed successfully.
• Use advanced analytical tools to recognize, follow and analyze trends in complex data sources, while modeling solutions to support business goals.
• Automate daily supply chain reports that offer snapshots of KPIs, enabling timely action to mitigate issues, reallocate resources, and process improvements.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders, becoming an expert in multiple data sources and systems to create sustainable solutions for item life cycle management and supply chain reporting.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, bridging the gap between supply chain and IT teams.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in data management and Oracle item setup structures within business systems.
• Provide training and support to Master Schedulers and Buyers to ensure that they are proficient in Oracle item enrichment.
• Support system conversions, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Assist in 9 step problem solving through data analytic tools.
• Offer ad hoc analytics support and reporting as required.

Qualifications :

• Advanced user in Tableau, Alteryx, and Excel
• Experience with Oracle : Material Planning, Data Enrichment, Order Management, Manufacturing
• Knowledge and use of advanced statistics
• Finished Goods planning experience
• Understanding of inventory turns and calculation
• Understanding of ABC / XYZ calculations
• APICS certification or equivalent 4-year degree
• Machine Learning & Statistical Modeling
• Familiarity with product development process
