Engineering Project Manager in Sanford, Maine
Pay : Up to 100k per year, depending on experience
Schedule : 1st Shift
Assignment Length : Direct-hire
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in engineering, over ten years of experience in a manufacturing environment, and at least two years of leadership experience.

Duties :
- Interviewing, hiring, training, developing, and supervising employees
- Planning, assigning, and directing work
- Appraising performance, rewarding, and disciplining employees, addressing complaints, and solving problems
- Planning, managing, budgeting for, and tracking all aspects of new product developments
- Directing profit improvement initiatives and evaluating proposals
- Focusing on customer solutions that increase customers' sales or reduce operations costs
- Anticipating customers' needs by designing cost-effective flexibility
- Coordinating with sales department to focus on solutions with greatest market potential
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- 10+ years of relevant engineering experience and 5+ years in a leadership role
- Project Management Certification
- Familiarity with the StageGate process
