Position : Heavy Equipment Mechanic
Responsibilities :
- Perform regular maintenance on heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, skid steers, frontend loaders, tractors, and dump trucks
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in a timely manner
- Ensure all equipment is in safe working condition
- Keep detailed records of maintenance and repairs
Essential Job Functions :
- Strong knowledge and experience with heavy equipment maintenance and repair
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve effectively
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
Skills :
- 10+ years of experience working with heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, skid steers, frontend loaders, tractors, and dump trucks
- Certification in heavy equipment maintenance preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather condition
