Position : Print Production - Bindery Associate
Location : San Jose, CA
Schedule : 12 : 00PM - 8 : 30PM Monday - Friday
Pay Rate : $19.00 / HR
Summary :
Kelly Services is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bindery Production Associate to join our dynamic team in San Jose, CA.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in various bindery and print production tasks.
- Ensure precision and attention to detail in all finishing processes.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
- Use equipment such as paper cutters, folders, and binders to process printed materials.
- Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring they meet specifications and make adjustments as needed.
- Prepare materials for binding, including aligning, stacking, and ensuring all components are ready for the binding process.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Perform basic troubleshooting on bindery equipment to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications :
- Minimum experience in a print environment, with knowledge of print production processes.
- Finishing experience is highly desirable.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey job-related information.
- Physically capable of lifting weights ranging from 25 to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a noisy environment.
- Comfortable performing various physical tasks, including lifting, reaching, and bending.
