DCH Montclair Acura, powered by the Fortune 200 Lithia family of dealerships, is searching for talented Business Development Center Sales Representatives who can help our sales team reach their targeted goals! As a BDC Representative , you will respond to communicate with our current and prospective customers via email and phone.

Ideal candidates will be polished, professional, energetic, sales-minded and customer-focused. You must be able to handle heavy call volume and possess the ability to get customers in the door while maintaining outstanding phone etiquette.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and computer proficiency are essential skills. Dealership experience is a plus, but not required.

In this position, you will work with the department managers to maximize opportunities by assisting with customer follow up.

• Outbound and inbound customer phone calls.
• Respond via email and phone to Internet Leads
• Determine each customer's needs by asking the correct questions
• Set appointments for sales team and follow up to confirm
• Ensure a positive customer experience
• Introduce customers to sales team
• Enter customer information into CRM
• Customer-focused, energetic and self-motivated
• Dealership Sales BDC experience highly preferred
• Experience in customer service, call center or retail sales
• Ability to handle heavy phone volume
• Persuasive- knack for sales and customer service
• Strong communication skills verbal and written
• Excellent computer skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail

High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence necessary for select roles.
