We are looking for a comms specialist who will play a key role in developing Supply Chain Security communications efforts around the world.

This role will help define, cultivate, and develop stories and content that drive Supply Chain Security's narrative to employees and key stakeholders.

An effective candidate will successfully develop key relationships and work well in a cross-functional, cross-geographical, and matrix organizational structure.

  • In this role, you will lead all tasks that support engagement with Consumer Creation, supply chain and manufacturing teams including factory partners and logistics service providers.
  • You will develop and execute annual engagement plans, support consistency in key messaging, ensure timely delivery of content and maintain Supply Chain Security templates and resources.
  • The position requires someone who is highly organized and detail-oriented, with a solid foundation in writing, editing, content creation, and engagement strategy.

Skills and experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, PR, English, Communications, or related field. 3 years of experience required in lieu of a degree.
  • Ability to change directions quickly based on business, project, and team needs.
  • Ability to communicate complex information simply and succinctly to a wide variety of stakeholders, including senior-level leadership.

Proven ability to communicate plans and work collaboratively in a global corporate environment.

  • Excellent communications planning, message development, writing, and editing skills combined with speed, flexibility, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand challenges or underlying concerns of stakeholders, share ideas for resolution, and develop effective responses or elevate issues to higher management.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including SharePoint. Experience with Confluence, Campaign Monitor, Smartsheets and Tableau a plus.
  • Passion and knowledge of sports culture, footwear or apparel industry a plus.
