Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional Lead Concierge with experience working in luxury residential communities.
Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey. We have openings at our Weehawken locations in NJ .
The ideal candidate will have superior experience in the following areas including, but not limited to :
- Excellent customer service skills
- Meet / Greet residents and guests to determine the nature of their visit
- Direct guests and visitors to appropriate destination
- Check-in and announce incoming guests
- Receiving packages and deliveries
- Resolve complaints from residents / guests
- Perform basic clerical duties : answering telephones, faxing, copying, etc.
- Folding and washing towels
- Light organization / cleaning of assigned work area.
SHIFT AVAILABLE : Sunday - Thursday 7am-3pm
Pay Rate : $20 / hr.
Requirements
- Must have prior Front Desk / Office environment experience
- Lead Front Desk Experience preferred.
- Ability to build positive relationships with high level of interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment
- Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality
- Must be able to lift boxes up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to work and stand on your feet for several hours
- Must be proficient in handling office equipment including complex multiple lined telephones, printers, copy machines, etc.
- Dependable, punctual and able to work flexible working hours
- Must pass comprehensive background checks
- Support the organization vision, mission and core values of the company
