Oncology - Director of Oncology

This is a full time (, salaried-exempt Oncology Services Director position in the Oncology department.

The Oncology Services Director is a qualified professional with appropriate clinical training and leadership experience.

He / she is responsible for clinical direction, quality outcomes, and financial health of their service line. Director roles are house-wide, functional, and multidisciplinary and service oriented.

The Director follows the established leadership principles at Community Medical Center. Accepts leadership as a sacred trust, exhibits a pride of ownership, customer focused, strategically oriented, demonstrated teamwork, and delegates appropriately.
