Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Independent Handyman to join our team. As a valued member of Nandail Property Management, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional services to our clients and customers in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general carpentry, both rough and finish work.
- Upgrade and remodel bathrooms and kitchens.
- Handle interior and exterior painting.
- Repair and patch drywall, including caulking.
- Provide minor plumbing and electrical assistance.
- Repair and install flooring.
- Conduct general home repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Organize tasks and solve problems efficiently.
- Maintain high attention to detail in all work.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a handyman.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (not mandatory).
- A contractor or journeyman license is a plus.
