Shop Manager

Job Description :
This position is primarily responsible for directing and coordinating actives of production in processing materials or manufacturing products in industrial organization by performing the following duties personally or though subordinates.
The ideal candidate will have experience in retail management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities :
- Reviews production orders or schedules to ascertain product data such as types, quantities, and specifications of products and scheduled delivery dates to plan shops operations
- Ensure that the shop is clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
- Inspects machines and equipment to ensure specific operational performance and optimum utilization
- Reviews production and operating reports and resolves operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays
- Ensure that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Several years of experience in management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Database software; Design software; Development software; Internet software; Inventory software; Manufacturing software;
Order Processing systems; Project Management software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software
