Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience with Workday Absence and Time modules
- Working experience in HR or Payroll systems
- Hands-on experience in configuring Workday Absence and Time modules
- Experience in integrating with third-party vendors such as ADP
- Strong experience in implementing and managing Workday Absence and Time solutions
- Knowledge of HR, Payroll and Time and Labor systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Responsibilities
Hands-on configuration of Workday Absence and Time modules
Support, configure, and maintain Workday Absence and Time modules
- Collaborate with various business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations
- Collaborating on integrations with third-party vendors such as ADP
- Plan and manage the implementation of new Absence and Time solutions
- Provide training and support to users and business stakeholders
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of all Absence and Time processes and configurations
- Act as the subject matter expert for Absence and Time module in Workday
- Recommend process and system improvements to optimize Workday Absence and Time modules
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $158,000 - 214,000, Southern California $137,000 - 185,500.
This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs .
