ES Hospitality : Line Cooks
Garrett Harker and ES Hospitality have begun opening several exciting hospitality venues just steps from Kenmore Square and Fenway Park.
Among these, is the return of Eastern Standard Kitchen and Drinks and the craft cocktail bar, Equal Measure. Best known for Eastern Standard, Island Creek Oyster Bar and The Hawthorne, Garrett is once again bringing enlightened hospitality and high energy operations to the Fenway neighborhood.
Beginning next month, the group behind Eastern Standard and Equal Measure plans to welcome an exciting new Italian concept - Standard Italian to the family.
Garrett is joined by Beverage Director Jackson Cannon and Culinary Director Brian Rae in the construction and operation of this concept.
The new space, located directly across the plaza from ES and Equal Measure, promises to bring a warm, hip energy to the Fenway neighborhood.
Think satisfying bowls of pasta and plentiful martinis!
About the Position :
ES Hospitality is seeking experienced line cooks to join the back of house team in preparation for the opening of an exciting new Italian concept.
Applicants should have a genuine love of hospitality and food, a strong work ethic and an eagerness to grow professionally through collaboration with talented food and beverage colleagues.
In order to be successful in this role you must :
Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
Work well in a team oriented environment
Possess strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
Be dependable and punctual to all shifts
Have the ability to work daytime, evenings and weekends
