Overview

I help lawyers land roles at law firms and companies. This role runs sponsor-side transactions end-to-end, drafting, negotiating, and leading core workstreams across buyouts, add-ons, minority / growth investments, venture rounds, recapitalizations, exits, and executive equity.

Responsibilities

• Run PE / M&A workstreams with direct client contact.
• Draft / negotiate SPAs, merger and rollover documents, equity and incentive plans, and key ancillary agreements.
• Own due diligence, closings, and coordination with counterparties and advisors.
