Job Duties to Include :
Rooming patients and reviewing their medical information and cosmetic desires
Assist with patient exams and office procedures
Performing pre-operative appointments including consent review, photographs, vitals, EKG etc.
Post-operative appointments including suture removal, wound care, dressing and garment changes
Taking photographs of patients before and after surgery
Cleaning, preparing and stocking patient exam
Ordering supplies
Returning nursing phone calls and emails
Surgical chart preparation
Job Requirements Include :
MA, LPN or RN Degree
At least one year medical office experience, cosmetic surgery preferred
Must take pride in appearance
Must have a positive and outgoing attitude
Must be able to multitask
Must have excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
Must be medical computer literate
Dermatology or Plastic Surgery experience a plus
Only qualified applicants will be considered.
