Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. A strong background in healthcare construction project management. Proficiency in construction software and project management tools. Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders. A commitment to safety, quality, and meeting project deadlines. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
