Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a Global Resource Manager to support HQ AFMC A4 / 10 at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.
The Headquarters Air Force Material Command Directorate of Logistics, Civil Engineering, Force Protection, and Nuclear Integration (HQ AFMC / A4 / 10) has the AFMC mission responsibility to : shape the workforce and infrastructure to provide logistics, sustainment, and installation support for acquisition logistics, supply management, depot maintenance, and base-level logistics operations, and deliver responsive strategic facility and infrastructure oversight and over-arching direction for all Major Command (MAJCOM) security operations resulting in war-winning expeditionary capabilities.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below Conduct analysis and execution support for mission changes, maintenance concept changes, and product support strategy changes.
Produce risk management reports of Regional Based Cluster Prepositioning Kit status. Report on the readiness of kits regarding completion, obsolescence, and quality of kitted items.
Provide support for Financial Improvement and Audit Remediation (FIAR). Cultivate professional relationships to reinforce Command Relationship (COMREL).
Coordinate team integration into Department of the Air Force (DAF) Set the Theaters processes including : Program Objective Memorandum (POM) Development of requirements, planning, and alternative options Program Validation of requirements Training and exercises Staging and distribution Sustainment and storage of capabilities Establishment of near real time information dissemination Respond to adversary regional advantages and climate impacts.
Prepare, author, and coordinate reports, briefings, business rules, and other documents or directives supporting life cycle sustainment as assigned.
Perform various logistics management tasks related to the planning, development, implementation, and management of a comprehensive, affordable and effective product support strategies.
Assist with evaluation of and recommend modifications to interservice Supply Chain Management (SCM) documentation including but not limited to DoD, AF, AFMC, and centers such as interservice support plans, policy, instructions, manuals, and guides.
Evaluate and recommend modifications to Air Force Logistics Readiness (AF LR) SCM documentation (DoD, AF, command level and centers) plans, policy, instructions, manuals, and guides, as directed by the Government functional manager.
Assist with conducting procedural reviews on existing materiel management systems and supply chain processes; develop new procedures and recommend changes for inclusion in AF, DoD, and AFMC supply chain and logistics publications.
Education, Requirements and Qualifications Clearance : Secret or ability to obtain a Secret MS / MA and ten (10) years of relevant experience or, BS / BA and twelve (12) years of relevant experience or, Fifteen (15) years of relevant work experienceWorking Conditions and Physical Requirements May be required to lift 15 lbs.
