SUMMARY OF POSITION :

Performs diagnostic and therapeutic tasks, under the supervision of the Physician and clinical team, to assist with establishing a diagnosis and a therapy plan.

Assists with gathering and documenting the data necessary to implement the therapeutic plan of care of the Physician and clinical team.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S) :

• Bachelor's Degree
• Act 31 training completion required within 45 days of hire.
