Hunt Electric, Inc. of Salt Lake City, UT is searching for a full-time Licensed Industrial Electrical Apprentice to join our team.
Can you adapt to changing codes, regulations, and safety requirements? Do you enjoy troubleshooting, pulling wire, bending pipe and computing electrical formulas?
Can you install control circuits and other components? Are you able to read, interpret, and understand electrical plans, complex circuit schematics, and blueprints?

The apprentice must complete the number of hours required for each year in the program (a minimum of 2,000 hours of on-the-job training for each year of his / her apprenticeship).
This full-time Electrical Apprentice position receives a competitive salary commensurate with experience and position responsibilities.
As a full-time Electrical Apprentice electrician, you would also be eligible for an excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, a 401(k) plan, and paid personal time (PTO).

Required skills
- Be enrolled in the appropriate apprentice-level school program
- Have an active Utah State apprentice license
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to read blue prints
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Have a valid Driver's License
- Ability to lift up to 100lbs
- This work is out side in all weather conditions
- Has worked in a manufacturing and or industrial setting
- Has worked with a ladder tray and basket tray
- Has experience with bending and routing EMT conduit
- Has experience with bending, cutting and threading rigid conduit
- Has 3 to 4 years of electrical experience
- Other duties or locations as assigned by Manager

WORK SCHEDULE
This is a full-time position with a typical working schedule of Monday- Thursday 7 : 00am - 4 : 30pm, and Friday, 7 : 00 am - 2 : 00pm.
