Our family of Technicians enjoy the following Benefits :
- $30 - $50 an hour flat rate pay range, based on VW certifications and experience
- Guaranteed pay for the first 60 days.

- PTO & Paid Holidays - PTO accrual starting from day one of employment - 1 hour of PTO for every 40 hours worked for the first year, 1.
63 hours of PTO for every 40 hours worked for years 2-9, and 2.39 hours of PTO for every 40 hours worked for 10 or more years of service.
