Responsibilities :
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk assessments
- Identify changes in project scope / plans, sending to vendors / subcontactors for quotes, compile communications / plans showing changes, track percentage of completion for each task and identify the effect on schedule
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists
- Prepare and manage project budgets
- Monitor and control costs to ensure projects stay within financial limits
- Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and construction workers
- Provide leadership and guidance to on-site teams to ensure efficient and effective project execution
- Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns
- Coordinate with local authorities, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression
