Business Systems Analyst
The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and the IT department. This role involves analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to enhance business operations.
The BSA will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that system implementations align with business needs and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities and Skills Needed :
- Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.
- Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.
- Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Works under immediate supervision.
