As the Brand Manager, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, collaborating with cutting-edge creative agencies and internal teams to breathe life into our brands across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Innovative Collaboration : Forge strong partnerships with our innovation team and creative agencies to craft initiatives that resonate across online, offline, social media, PR, and beyond.
- Brand Growth : Lead diverse activities spanning product development, packaging, pricing, promotion, advertising, and innovation to propel our brands to new heights.
- Strategic Insight : Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of brand management, balancing consumer and trade needs to drive success on every front.
- Market Analysis : Dive deep into market and brand analysis, navigating the fast-paced consumer packaged goods landscape to uncover growth opportunities.
- Strategic Execution : Independently spearhead key projects to achieve strategic brand objectives, delivering results that make an impact.
- Creative Excellence : Collaborate closely with internal and external creative teams, ensuring brand messaging remains consistent and compelling.
- Financial Ownership : Take charge of brand P / L, identifying opportunities and implementing action plans to achieve sales and margin goals.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 4-year undergraduate degree in a relevant field, coupled with excellent analytical skills to drive informed decision-making.
- Communications Mastery : Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging presentations that inspire action.
- Project Management : Proven ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Team Collaboration : A team player mindset, adept at working collaboratively with diverse functional partners to achieve shared goals.
