User Experience (UX) Designer III Digital Marketing

This role supports and delivers outstanding web experiences to F5 customers, partners, and prospects. Working within a customer- and detail-obsessed Web Experience team and collaborating with a highly technical business team, as well as the creative and development teams, you will support the user experience that drives F5.
com and alignment of the UX across F5 digital properties. If you have a proven record of managing multiple high priority, high visibility projects in a fast-paced environment, then we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing :
- Work with the testing and optimization team to help conduct A / B testing and user testing to deepen empathy and identify pain points and opportunities.
- Partner with the AEM Product Manager and Web Dev teams to create scalable and thoughtful systems and experiences
- Actively contribute toward our collaborative process, constantly looking for opportunities to improve the way we work together toward our shared objectives.
- Tactfully balance hands-on design work with thoughtful communication and planning.
- Manage your time and priorities to support multiple projects at once and identify which activities and deliverables will add the greatest value for the founding team.
- Translate concepts, ideas, and complex interactions into user flows, mockups, wireframes, interactive prototypes, customer journey maps and visual designs, then effectively communicate and champion these design directions to business and technical teams partnering through to execution and continued optimization post-launch.
Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
- Proficiency in Figma is required
- Experience with Adobe Analytics preferred
- Experience with Wireframing (low high fidelity)
- Experience with UserTesting.com preferred
- Experience designing profile / account management features
- Strong critical thinking and systems thinking skills
- Ability to collaborate across matrixed organization
- Experience with customer journey work a plus
- Experience with design systems or design system management a plus
You Have :
- 5+ years of experience in UX design for websites and / or web applications
- Physical Demands and Work Environment Duties are performed in a normal office environment while sitting at a desk or computer table.
Duties require the ability to utilize a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material.
Duties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends)

The annual U.S. base pay range for this position is : $115,767.00 - $173,651.00
F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5’s differing products, industries, and lines of business.
