Volt is immediately hiring a Japanese Speaking Office Manager in Gardena, CA.

Location : Gardena, CA

Type : Full-Time, Direct Hire

Salary : $75K - $80K per year + 20% Bonus

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

What We're Looking For :

• Bilingual fluency in Japanese and English, with the ability to read, interpret, and write business documents in both languages.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in office management or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.

As the Japanese Speaking Office Manager , you will :

Office Management :

• Oversee the General Affairs department’s daily administrative tasks, ensuring a high level of internal customer satisfaction.
• Manage office supply inventories, negotiate vendor contracts, and implement efficient storage systems.
• Partner with Facilities and Safety Managers to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
• Supervise and mentor the Office Coordinator, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
• Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and billing, while analyzing operational data to improve office efficiency.
• Handle special projects and tasks assigned by the Senior Manager and headquarters in Japan.

Proposal Processing :

• Manage the end-to-end proposal process, ensuring timely submissions and providing training to new hires.
• Address proposal-related inquiries and collaborate with teams to meet deadlines.

Legal, Compliance, and Policies :

• Assist with legal document reviews, contract management, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and industry standards.
• Support policy implementation and play a key role in business continuity planning.

Expatriate Support :

Provide comprehensive support for expatriates, including visa processing, housing, and transportation arrangements.

Translation and Interpretation :

Perform interpretation and translation tasks between English and Japanese in various business settings, ensuring accurate communication.
