Position Overview :
The AWS Engineer / Admin will support major initiatives in the Salesforce and AWS spaces, focusing on reimagining and reimplementing call center, field services, and case management systems.
This role involves configuring AWS and Salesforce platforms to meet business needs without requiring coding.

Configuration (100%) : Populate data and set up user interfacesCreate and manage workflows based on requirements provided by business analystsConfigure platforms to align with business requirements
Top Required Skills :
- AWS Configuration Experience : Minimum 2-3 years of experience in AWS configuration
- Amazon Call Center Experience (Amazon Connect) : Minimum 1 year of experience
- Amazon Contact Center Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience
- Exposure to LEX (Voice to Speech Translator) : Minimum 1 year of experience
- Certifications : Foundational AWS certification mandatory
- Core AWS Knowledge : Experience / knowledge in Lambda, Redshift, and DynamoDBExperience with Voice Connect is highly desirable
