NECA is looking to hire a Project Management Assistant . The successful candidate is a team player, working with Design, Marketing, Licensing and Operations departments.

LOCATION - In-person at New Jersey Office
POSITION SUMMARY / REQUIREMENTS
- Aid in the development and production of hard goods, soft goods, and packaging from concept to delivery, on-time, and on-budget.
- Day-to-Day maintenance of master line plans. This will require daily communication with PD teams, other internal teams, and factories.
- Must be detail oriented with strong organization and communication skills.
- In depth knowledge of the toy, action figure and collectible business is a huge plus.
- Highly motivated and able to learn quickly and adapt as you go.
- Candidates with project management experience with molded plastics production are preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail
- Proficient PM computer skills, specifically, Basecamp, Excel and Smartsheet's.
- Ability to negotiate and communicate with a positive attitude under tight deadlines.
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving, time management and analytical skills
- Ability to work on several projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in Chinese is a plus.
