Maintenance Technician - 2nd shift; 3:00pm - 11pm - $34.54-44.54/hr+**

Midsouth Baking, LLC , a subsidiary of C.H Guenther & Son is looking for experienced maintenance technicians for our high-speed bread manufacturing facility located on Highway 80 in Rankin County, MS.

The Maintenance Technician position is responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance on the production and company facilities.

Pay : $34.54-44.54 / hr+* (depending on experience and skills)

Additional $1.50 per hour shift differential for hours worked between 6pm-6am*

Experience :

Prefer 3 + years of mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing production environment. Maintenance Technical Degree may be accepted in leu of experience for the right candidate.

Minimum Job Requirements :

• Must have the ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints
• Must have an excellent mechanical background
• Must be proficient in production line automation
• Must have some knowledge of 230 / 480 motor circuits

Education / Certifications :

Must have High School Diploma or GED

Working Conditions and Physical Effort :

• Work involves daily exposure to unusual elements, such as dirt, dust, fumes, darkness, and / or noise. Seasonal exposure to weather elements to include, but not limited to, extreme temperatures, wetness and humidity.
• Work environment involves daily exposure to physical risks, such as working around mechanical equipment, forklifts, chemical hazards, and electrical hazards.
• Position requires the ability to stand; walking around office and plant; lifting and carrying packages up to 50 pounds;
• utilizing fine dexterity; and reaching, kneeling, crawling and twisting on a daily basis. Also requires the ability to see;

hear; and communicate with associates as well as others by utilizing professional etiquette.
