Business Systems Administrator
Inceed has partnered with an Insurance company to help find a skilled Business Systems Administrator to join their team!
In this role, the Business Systems Administrator will support and maintain the applications for our client and all of their technical and business staff.
Responsibilities :
- Design, Execute, and Collaborate with teams cross functionally
- Support platform security protocols
- Create and maintain key product documentation
- Monitor application trends
- Provide user technical support
- Assist in data analysis, data prep, and research
Required Qualifications & Experience :
- 2-5 years of experience
- Call center software (Five9, Genesys, RingCentral, etc.)
- Claims Management Systems
- Insurance Related Software
- Computer hardware and software support
- Salesforce best practices and functionality
