In this role, you will be responsible for coding, testing, and delivering high quality deliverables, and should be willing to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and track supply chain performance metrics and prepare and distribute reports.
• Develop / enhance dashboards as needed and analyze business performance.
• Translate customer metric and KPI requirements into reports and dashboards utilizing a combination of out-of-box reporting and Performance Analytics tools.
• Plan data parameter maintenance, data accuracy & quality, and troubleshoot data issues.
• Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and provide data analysis to key supply chain stakeholders for the improvement of service and inventory performance.

Minimum Qualifications

• BE / B Tech / MCA
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications / Skills

• Hands-on experience with distributed and data-intensive applications
• Proficiency in building dynamic and static reports using Python
• Strong understanding of building RESTful APIs with Python
• Familiarity with Python code / design practices and best practices
• Exposure to AWS (preferably AWS Certified Architect)
• Experience with Snowflake and relational databases such as Oracle and Postgres
• Familiarity with working on both Linux and Windows environments
• Understanding of distributed systems and their challenges
• Experience with GitLab / GitHub and understanding of CI / CD best practices
• Proficiency in building and managing deployment pipelines
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with onsite clients
• Experience in working with Asset Management firms or Investment Banks is highly desirable
• Ability to manage and coordinate with offshore teams
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or similar certification
• Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in asset management
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively
• The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including but not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities;

geographic location; and internal equity.
