Call Center Supervisor

• WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - THE ROLE - Working on a team of Coaches.- Hands-on and in-the-moment assistance with appointment setting.
• Coaching, encouraging and guiding staff to meet activity goals.- Assist staff to deliver our methodology.- Encourage staff to recognize selling opportunities and buying clues.
• Perform moderate-level supervisory work coordinating the operations of a call-service team.- This is an in-person position.

WHAT YOU BRING - THE PERSON - Previous call center coach or supervisor experience in an Inside Sales Center.- A proven track record of closing sales.

• A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member.
• A positive attitude with the ability to multi-task.
