Our client is a rapidly growing leader in the co-packing and manufacturing of high-quality food for restaurants and CPGs in Texas.
As they continue to grow, they are seeking a Human Resources Manager with extensive experience in the recruitment of hourly and corporate employees to join their team.
In this role, you will manage HR functions in our manufacturing setting, focusing on recruitment, employee development, and compliance with HR policies.
You will work with managers to meet staffing needs and foster a positive organizational culture.

- Manage the entire recruitment process for both hourly and corporate roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop diverse recruiting strategies and collaborate with department managers to address staffing needs and attract talent.
- Build relationships with temp staffing agencies, handle temp staffing requirements, and stay updated on compensation benchmarks.
- Implement HR policies aligned with company objectives and legal standards, oversee performance evaluations, and facilitate career development.
- Coordinate with a PEO to ensure compliance with labor laws, manage employee benefits, and maintain employee records.
- Conduct training programs and monitor HR metrics to provide insights for improvement.
What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR management experience.
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing. The food and beverage manufacturing industry is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all organizational levels.
- Preferred HR certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP.
