Job Title : Machine Operator

Job Description

Set up machines for production, both within PLC and with mechanical parameters. Troubleshoot and diagnose quality issues, finding root cause of problems.

Make mechanical adjustments to equipment including conveying systems.

Hard Skills

• Set up and adjustments to mechanical printing and forming machines for paper and plastic bags
• Troubleshooting quality issues
• Making necessary changes to equipment to ensure product flows smoothly and finished product is to standard

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Vancouver, Washington.

Work Environment

Make paper bags you would see at grocery stores, as well as plastic bags. They do the forming of the bags as well as the printing.

Clean environment with a dedicated team to run each machine. Climate controlled. Offering extensive training as learning curve to run machines can take a while.
