Shift Details : 11 : 00PM - 7 : 30AM
DESCRIPTION :
Assess FFL inventory storage locations and place daily orders for warehouse replenishments
Receive materials in the FFL building, interface with the inventory control system (SAP), perform manual material transfer, and re-stock inventory.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Stage inventory materials for production use.
Accurately pick, deliver, and enter transactions into appropriate system (SAP).
Perform daily housekeeping in assigned areas.
Perform physical inventories and cycle counts as required.
Comply with all safety related material handling procedures and equipment including power pallet jacks
Will be required to lift and move smaller size materials physically.
Perform manufacturing activities such as manual material transfer and operation of the AXIMA MAL.
Demonstrate proficiency as outlined in training requirements for equipment systems and position.
Work independently with minimal supervision to perform normal processes and procedures.
Work on any assignment as directed.
Perform all job responsibilities in compliance with applicable EHS and GMP regulations, guidelines, policies, GSK standard operating & safety procedures, and industry practice and Operational Excellence initiatives.
MINIMUM LEVEL OF EDUCATION REQUIRED :
High School diploma required
PREFERRED LEVEL OF EDUCATION :
Some college education and / or experience in a Pharmaceutical cGMP environment preferred.
OTHER JOB-RELATED SKILLS / BACKGROUND REQUIRED :
The capability to maintain attention to detail and quality and a high level of integrity and confidentiality, while completing multiple or repetitive tasks and meeting timelines and deadlines.
Ability to read, understand, follow and comply with technical and written documents (SOPs.)
Ability to work around acids, bases, oxidizers and cleaning solvents while wearing appropriate PPE.
Ability to perform calculations using simple mathematical formulas using fractions, percentages and significant numbers
The ability to measure volume and weight.
Basic computer skills required.
Must be able to follow detailed processing instructions as well as clearly and accurately documenting all necessary batch documentation.
Physical requirements include stooping, standing, climbing and lifting of between 30 - 50 lbs.
This schedule will include holidays; over-time may be required
Work closely with shift team to achieve goals in a 24 / 7 cGMP Production Environment.
