Need :
- At least 8 to 12 years of experience in the IT Industry Experience.

- ServiceNow Administration certification must have.
- Implementation experience on various ServiceNow modules ITSM, HRSD (ServiceNow HR Service Delivery), CSM (Customer Service Management).
Job Description :
- 8 to 12 years working with ServiceNow platform in enterprise wide multitier ServiceNow production environment.
- Experienced in ServiceNow implementation.
- Understanding of Angular based Client side Server side scripts
- Implementation experience on various ServiceNow modules ITSM, HRSD, WSD, CSM etc.
- Hands-on experience in JavaScript.
- Detailed understanding of ITIL processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving capabilities
- Good Collaboration skills and teamwork ethic

- Understand business requirements for ServiceNow

- Manage project team through completion of work and assigned tasks
- Manage and communicate with business users regarding project progress status issues and risks
- Manage project timeline and manage the project including escalations to complete the project on schedule and within budget
- Plan project scope and established measurable goals
- Work closely with the ServiceNow engagement manager and all other team members to plan manage and deliver releases
- Attend project governance meetings and scrum meetings
- Organize the project kickoff and process workshops
- Facilitate activities through training testing go live and post go live support
Certifications :
- ServiceNow Administration certification must have.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation specialist HRSD Various Tracks.
