This position demands versatility and excellence in processing correspondence, inbound / outbound calls, case items in the AWD system, and delivering top-tier customer service.

The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday 10 : 30AM - 7 : 00PM EST.
What You Will Get To Do :
- Meticulously reviewing transactions for precision and accuracy, recognizing the paramount importance of accuracy in this role.
- Collaborating with clients over chat / inbound / outbound calls to resolve complex and non-complex issues promptly and effectively.
- Actively liaising with other departments to resolve issues and address inquiries.
- Actively participating in cross-training initiatives across various departments to broaden your knowledge and skill set.
What You Will Bring :
To excel in this position, you should possess the following qualifications and competencies :
- Exceptional communication skills, encompassing both verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in computer navigation and typing, with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute and a high degree of accuracy.
- Comprehensive knowledge of retirement plans and account details.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and consistently meet established deadlines.
- Proficiency in research, analytical thinking, and problem resolution.
- An unwavering commitment to precision and attention to detail.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
