Front Desk Receptionist

Are you a people person with a passion for helping others? Kenny Habetz Injury Law Lafayette is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Lafayette, LA.

As the face of our office, you will greet clients with a warm smile and ensure they receive top-notch service. Your role will involve managing phone calls and assisting with administrative tasks to keep our office running smoothly.

Compensation : $15 - $18 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Phone and Front Desk Management : Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate team members, manage voicemail, and greet visitors professionally.
• Document and Mail Handling : Organize, scan, rename, and save documents in designated folders, and manage the receipt and distribution of physical and electronic mail.
• Client and Lead Management : Update and maintain client information in systems like Mailchimp and Outlook, including creating new client folders and managing communications.
• General Office Support : Maintain office tidiness, stock supplies (e.g., coffee bar and merchandise), and ensure office security by managing lights and door locks at the start and end of the day.

Qualifications :

• Customer service experience
• Basic computer skills

• Microsoft Office skills
• US work authorization
• Available Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm
