Position Overview :
- Handle complex insurance defense cases, with a focus on bodily injury claims.
- Leverage your legal expertise to provide top-tier counsel and uphold firm standards.
- Play a pivotal role in client representation, negotiations, and litigation efforts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Utilize your deep insurance defense knowledge and experience.
- Manage a diverse caseload efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Advocate for clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
- Stay current with relevant laws and regulations through legal research.
- Achieve a minimum of 1900 billable hours per year.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues, paralegals, and support staff.
Qualifications :
- JD degree from an accredited law school.
- Active state bar membership.
- 3+ years of insurance defense experience (ideal : 5+ years).
- Stable work history.
- Strong litigation and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional research and writing abilities.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
