Director of Sales Opportunity - Award Winning Events Venue
Client is an award winning & unique events venue offering guests innovative cuisine, top of the line onsite amenities, superior service, the best in luxury and convenience and is a premier event location for hosting weddings, banquets and corporate events.
This job will have the following responsibilities :
Seeking experienced Sales Director to develop and execute strategic sales plans through direct sales, marketing, e-commerce channels, public relations and community partnerships.
Responsibilities include oversight of Marketing and Sales, will work closely with the sales team to promote the banquet / events program, develop marketing strategies to attract clients for weddings, corporate events, parties, and other occasions and participate in and attend industry networking events to build relationships and generate leads.
Qualifications & Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, experience with event planning software and tools.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
5+ years of relevant experience in event management, preferably in a banquet hall setting.
