MORTGAGE CLIENT SERVICES AND CONSULTANT - Customer Service Consultant
Job Description :
Join our rapidly growing team for a client of ours in Tempe / Phoenix boarder-line which is becoming a leader in the mortgage and home equity industry.
We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Mortgage Customer Service Consultant to provide exceptional support to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a strong understanding of mortgage and home equity products.
We love to see candidates with loan officer, loan originating or loan processing backgrounds!
Responsibilities :
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing information about mortgage and home equity products.
Assist clients with the application process, ensuring they understand all necessary documentation and requirements.
Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive client experience.
Educate clients on the features and benefits of our mortgage and home equity products.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales, underwriting, and processing teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product changes, and regulatory requirements.
Provide feedback to management on ways to improve customer service processes and client satisfaction.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous customer service experience, ideally within the mortgage, home equity, or financial services industry.
Strong knowledge of mortgage and home equity products and processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Pay Range - $24-$25 / hr including UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS
Schedule is fully in office, Tuesday - Saturday 11am - 8 : 30pm - Saturday’s are remote - no flexibility on the schedule
