Responsibilities :
- Assist senior leadership by taking on basic management responsibilities
- Supervise the preparation and cooking of various food items
- Develop creative menu items that align with the brand's standards
- Plan, coordinate & execute special events & holiday functions
- Manage hourly kitchen employees through scheduling, payroll, training, coaching & evaluating
- Lead & coach the team towards achieving exceptional guest service & employee satisfaction results
- Monitor food production & quality daily
Experience Requirements :
- Hotel / lodging experience preferred.
- Comprehensive skills & knowledge of all kitchen operations
- Experience with Banquets; high-quality, high-volume environments
- Strong leadership, communication, organization & relationship skills
- Experience with training, basic financial management, and customer service
- Proficiency in general computer use
- A genuine desire to exceed guest expectations in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Education Requirements : Culinary education or on-the-job training;
Benefits : Medical / Dental after 30 Days of Service; 401K Match after 1 Year (up to 4% Salary).
Employment Type : Full Time, Salary; typically, 5 days on, 2 days off.
